Replacement Guarantee*
Our refund and replacement policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have passed since you received your purchase, we can’t offer you a replacement.
To be eligible for a replacement of your item, you must contact us at happycutsclub@gmail.com immediately after opening your package and noticing a problem. If the package becomes delayed in transit please notify us immediately so we are aware and can initiate a package search.
Once your issue is acknowledged and approved, we will send you an email to notify you that we have initiated the exchange process and send you an invoice for the re-shipping fee.
We will then notify you of the re-shipment of your products and provide tracking information.
Special or Limited items
Only in-stock items may be replaced. Special items, limited offer items and out of stock items will be replaced with in-stock and available items.
